Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the website at peptidesfromarealdoctor.com or any services provided by PeptideVIP LLC ("PeptideVIP," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PeptideVIP.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, creating an account, completing a health assessment, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms or policies referenced herein. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and patients of PeptideVIP. Your use of any specific service may be subject to additional terms, which will be presented to you at the time of use.

2. Description of Services

PeptideVIP provides physician-led telehealth services, including:

• Online health assessments and intake questionnaires
• Telehealth consultation and review of health history by a licensed provider
• Physician-prescribed peptide therapy protocols, where clinically appropriate
• Fulfillment of prescriptions through licensed 503a compounding pharmacies
• Ongoing provider communication and protocol adjustment through our patient portal

PeptideVIP focuses exclusively on elective peptide therapy for recovery, performance, longevity, and metabolic optimization. Our services are not intended to treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition in the traditional sense, and are not a substitute for primary care, emergency care, or specialty medical care where such care is clinically indicated.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a resident of one of the 50 United States
• Complete a truthful and complete health assessment prior to receiving any prescription
• Not be seeking treatment for an acute emergency, life-threatening condition, or any condition that requires in-person evaluation

PeptideVIP reserves the right to decline to provide services to any individual at our clinical discretion or for any lawful reason. Eligibility for a specific peptide protocol is determined solely by your prescribing provider based on your individual health assessment.

4. Telehealth Nature of Services

All clinical services provided by PeptideVIP are delivered via telehealth — that is, through electronic communication, health assessments, and asynchronous messaging. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept the following:

What Telehealth Is

Telehealth involves the delivery of healthcare services using electronic means, including online forms, secure messaging, and video or asynchronous consultation. Your provider will review your submitted health information and, where appropriate, issue a prescription without an in-person visit.

Limitations of Telehealth

Telehealth has inherent limitations compared to in-person care. Your provider cannot perform a physical examination, observe you directly, or access diagnostic tools available in a clinical setting. The accuracy of your care depends substantially on the accuracy and completeness of the health information you provide.

Technology Risks

Telehealth services may be affected by technology failures, including internet disruptions, platform outages, or technical errors. We are not responsible for delays or service interruptions caused by technology failures outside our reasonable control.

Not a Substitute for Urgent or Emergency Care

Telehealth is not appropriate for emergencies. If you experience a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately.

5. Provider Relationship

PeptideVIP is a physician-led practice. Care is provided under the medical oversight of a board-certified physician. The nature of the provider-patient relationship depends on your state of residence:

• Direct Physician Care: In states where PeptideVIP's physician holds a valid medical license, your care will be provided directly by that physician.
• Clinical Network Care: In states where PeptideVIP's physician is not directly licensed, your care will be provided by a licensed healthcare provider within a licensed clinical network through which PeptideVIP facilitates care. All protocols within this network are physician-supervised and meet applicable state telehealth and prescribing standards.

In both cases, your care is physician-supervised and every prescription is issued by a licensed provider. The use of a clinical network in certain states does not diminish the quality, oversight, or personalization of your care.

The provider-patient relationship is established when a provider reviews your health assessment and issues a prescription or provides clinical guidance. Use of our website or completion of an intake form alone does not create a provider-patient relationship.

6. Prescriptions and Medications

Physician Prescribing

All medications available through PeptideVIP require a valid prescription issued by a licensed provider following review of your health information. No medication will be dispensed without a valid prescription.

503a Compounding Pharmacies

Prescribed medications are compounded and dispensed by licensed 503a compounding pharmacies. These pharmacies operate under applicable FDA and state pharmacy regulations. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved drug products, but are prepared by licensed pharmacies for individual patients pursuant to a valid prescription.

Patient Responsibilities

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You will provide accurate, complete, and current health information during intake and throughout your treatment
• You will promptly disclose any changes in your health status, medications, or allergies that may affect your treatment
• You will follow your provider's instructions for use, storage, and administration of medications
• You understand that providing false or incomplete health information may result in your prescription being inappropriate for your individual circumstances and may cause harm — this is entirely your responsibility

Off-Label Use

Many of the peptides we prescribe are compounded medications prescribed for uses that are not FDA-approved indications. Your provider will discuss the evidence base and clinical rationale for your protocol. By proceeding with a prescribed protocol, you acknowledge that you have been informed of this.

7. Payment Terms

Pay-Per-Order Model

PeptideVIP operates on a pay-per-order basis. There are no monthly membership fees, no subscription plans, and no automatic recurring charges. You pay only when you place an order for a prescription refill or new protocol.

Pricing

Prices for peptide protocols are displayed on our website and in your patient portal. Prices are subject to change. The price displayed at the time of your order is the price you will be charged.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed through a third-party merchant payment processor. By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file for your order. We do not store full payment card data on our systems.

Refund Policy

Because our medications are compounded to order and are prescription items, all sales are generally final. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete order, please contact us at hello@peptidevip.com within 7 days of receipt. We will work with you and our pharmacy partner to resolve the issue. Refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion based on the specific circumstances.

Consultation Fees

Initial consultations and provider review fees, if any, are non-refundable once a provider has reviewed your health assessment, regardless of whether a prescription is issued.

8. No Emergency Services

Our telehealth services are designed exclusively for non-emergency, elective consultations. We cannot monitor your health in real time, dispatch emergency services, or respond to urgent clinical situations. If at any point during your use of our services you experience symptoms of a medical emergency — including chest pain, difficulty breathing, loss of consciousness, signs of stroke, or severe allergic reaction — stop using this platform and seek emergency care immediately.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the PeptideVIP website — including text, graphics, logos, design elements, photographs, software, and the overall look and feel — is owned by or licensed to PeptideVIP LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our website for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any website content without our prior written consent
• Use our trademarks, service marks, or logos without our prior written consent
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from our website

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PEPTIDEVIP PROVIDES ITS WEBSITE AND SERVICES "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that:

• Our services will meet your specific health goals or expectations
• Telehealth services are a substitute for in-person clinical care when in-person care is clinically indicated
• Our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components
• Any particular peptide protocol will produce a specific clinical outcome

Individual results from peptide therapy vary based on health status, genetics, adherence to protocol, lifestyle, and other factors. No outcome is guaranteed.

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved but are prepared by licensed 503a pharmacies. A licensed provider will determine if treatment is appropriate based on your individual health assessment.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PEPTIDEVIP LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATED PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, PERSONAL INJURY, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to PeptideVIP in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PeptideVIP LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliated providers from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your breach of these Terms
• Your provision of false, inaccurate, or incomplete health information
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Your use of our services in a manner not authorized by these Terms

13. HIPAA and Privacy

Your health information is Protected Health Information (PHI) under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). We handle your PHI in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable HIPAA requirements. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

We maintain a HIPAA-compliant electronic medical records platform and have Business Associate Agreements in place with relevant service providers. We do not sell or share your PHI for marketing purposes.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes not resolved through arbitration (see Section 15) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Florida.

15. Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution, you agree to first contact us at hello@peptidevip.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve your concern within 30 days.

Binding Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), to the extent permitted by applicable law. The arbitration shall take place in Florida or via videoconference.

Class Action Waiver

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION AGAINST PEPTIDEVIP.

Exceptions

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent immediate, irreparable harm.

16. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date and notify you via the email address associated with your account or through a notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of our services.
